After so much effort finally I got to talk to someone who I don’t know is from Delhi Traffic Police or not.
This is conversation from DTP’s facebook page.
After the kind of reaction I got from the other side, I am pretty sure that they themselv
es don’t want to go against any govt department. so I just stopped the conversation, because it was going to be the endless discussion.
I got a message sometime ago, which is funny, but very true.
No Body wants to go to govt SCHOOL
No Body wants to go to govt HOSPITAL
But Every Body wants a govt JOB. All because of the same reason, no body wants to work at govt departments.
Guess which one most favorite line of DTP
1. Thanks, it will be looked into.
2. Thanks, action will be taken.
3. Thanks, concerned signal agency has been informed.
4. Thanks, area traffic staff has been informed in this regarding.
5. Thanks, your complaint will be sent to area traffic officer for necessary action.

Sunny Yes... I agree with Lalit...FYI, I have two RTIs with DTC regarding their style of operations. One hearing is coming soon... I am not going to end up the DTC issue here.... We want a reliable Public Transport System (DTC) here and such systems can be an extended relief for our traffic problems. Do you agree this?

Lokesh Lal Yes I do agree. But the way DTC style of driving changed since last few months, you must have observed that as well. And Thanks for the link. I will write a complaint there also.

Lalit @Lokesh Lal Ji,
Collectively we can bring in the change, but we start the blame game in-between us, only mud with fly all around with 0% gain.

Another hopeless answer from Delhi traffic police
Question posted on DTP facebook wall :
How to make complaint against DTC bus drivers?
None of the DTC bus driver stops at bus stand, they take and drop the passengers in the middle of the road and because of this road gets block.
Once they take the passengers they turns right without giving any signal or indicator.
Its not possible to make complaint of each and every driver.
Its better to realize them how to drive and obey the traffic rule.
They are in govt. job it does not mean they are free to break the rules.
Plz take some action.
