My friends from california are building a new system where you can host contest and way many more things. This portal would be in english only and may be in later stages they would add some other languages as well. They have not decided the name for the portal yet, so you can also contribute to that 
They would be planning to set the lenght of each test to be 1 hr to 1:30 hrs and 2 to 3 questions in each test, and most probably all would be algorithm based questions and for beginners and some for expert level as well.
I am really looking forward to what they come up with. They would be coming online in another 2 to 3 weeks.

write an efficient function to find the first non repeated character in a string. Discuss the efficiency of your algorithm… eg : in hello h is the first non repeated character….
and plz do post the name and details of the tests etc on this site
