Ingredients
Soya Granules 1 cup
Green Peas 1 cup
Skimmed Milk 1 1/2 cup
Onions(chopped) 2 medium
Garlic(chopped) 8 cloves
Ginger(grated) 1 inch
Green Chillies(chopped)
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 3/4 tsp
Coriander Leaves 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Method :
Boil Soya Granules in water or Soak soya Granules in milk for an hour.
Heat oil in a non stick pan add jeera powder, Add onion roast till lightly browned.Add garlic & roast for a minute.
Add ginger, green chillies, coriander powder, cumin powder, chilli powder & 2 tbsp of water.
Stir & cook for 2 minutes
Add green peas & 1/4 cup of water & mix well.
Cover and cook till peas are nearly done.
Add soya Granules along with the milk and cook till almost dry.
Add coriander leaves, salt, garam masala powder and lemon juice and mix well. Serve hot.
